The sad part is that we get (some) paid sick days. Why do people feel that they are too VITAL and IMPORTANT to take a day or two off when they're sick? It amounts to them saying, "What I do here is more important than what anyone around me does." because by coming in they give everyone else their stupid illness.
Sorry, I could go on and on. It's a pet peeve of mine.
